Master Solution Architect - Mindlance : Job Details

FUNCTION:Leads an assigned portfolio through architecting and designing comprehensive solutions to meet product needs. Works collaboratively with senior leadership to create solutions that align to architecture standards and principles, leveraging common solutions and services, while meeting financial targets.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish technology vision, provide guidance and direction on the design, building, testing and deployment of technology solutions and designs.Provide oversight and collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to lead business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding solution designs.Lead the creation of enterprise standards and evaluate the quality and compliance of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with those standards.Produce, enhance, and refine conceptual, logical and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives that align with Enterprise Architecture principles and vision.Advise and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives and participate in cross-team Agile ceremonies and senior leadership forums.Apply cybersecurity, technology, and risk principles and standards to ensure proposed solutions are compliant.Actively participate, support and shape governance activities and the formation of enterprise standards.Objectively evaluate and lead the resolution of domain specific architecture problems in partnership with domain subject matter experts.Partner with other enterprise and solution architects that manage and design architecture for dependent products.Mentor less experienced architects working on technical solutions and lead cross-project technical issues and resolution.Harness existing technology resources through collaboration to benefit solutioning efforts.Understand and adhere to the Companyâ€TMs risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companyâ€TMs Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the *** brand.Maintain Company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties as assigned.NATURE AND SCOPE:Be a trusted technology partner and advisor to stakeholders on strategic initiatives and participate in cross-team Agile ceremonies and senior leadership forums. Be a visionary and a thought leader for the enterprise regarding emerging technologies and trends to determine their benefit on a technology domain.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelorâ€TMs degree and 9 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 year's higher education and/or relevant work experienceExperience collaborating, communicating and presenting to executive level stakeholdersStrong experience in software or service engineering and deliveryStrong knowledge of new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies for strategic useExperience in solution architecture with the ability to articulate designs at an enterprise/visionary levelExpert experience as a software practitioner, developing software and applicationsExpert experience with multiple programming languagesStrong experience in building solution architecture design that meets policies and standardsExperience with designing, developing and integrating applications with relevant software architecture principles and patternsIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:Graduate degree in technical disciplineExperience in delivery and architecture organizations driving the strategy and visionExperience in delivering technology or conference-level presentationsExperience working Agile environmentIndustry recognized certification in programming languages and/ or cloud technologiesIndustry recognized certification in technology and architecture domains will be an added plusExperience working in the financial services industryEEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”#J-18808-Ljbffr
