Master Scheduler - EngTal : Job Details

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is responsible for developing and managing the master production schedule across multiple facilities to ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory goals, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules across six or more facilities with $300M+ in operations.
• Analyze sales trends and translate data into accurate, actionable production schedules.
• Lead scheduling and production planning to align personnel and resources with dynamic demand.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel to forecast, plan, and optimize schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficiency, reliability, and on-time delivery.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in scheduling and production planning across multiple facilities.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale scheduling (6+ facilities, $300M+ operations).
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions; scheduling/planning software experience preferred.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
