Description: NSI requires a Master Scheduler to support contracted efforts. The Master Scheduler will operate as part of an integrated product team working closely with engineers, logisticians, and other program office personnel in support of consolidated support operations. The scheduler shall assist, develop, support, and deliver schedules and reports using the Project Server/SharePoint framework, including collecting, integrating, updating, and disseminating reports, deliverables, and dependencies for Acquisition and Source Selection Project Schedules. Schedules shall be exported into easily understood MS Office or other formats. Develop program plans and schedules, and provide inputs for Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans (SSP), Acquisition Strategy Plans (ASP), and Acquisition Strategy Boards (ASB). Develop and maintain program/project/directorate Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAMs) supporting new acquisitions and contract actions. Identify and resolve conflicts with schedules and resources. Facilitate the execution of plans, schedules, and approval processes.Tasks Performed: Responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise-level schedules, schedule analysis, and reporting results to senior leadership.Work closely with government and contractor personnel to gather data and present schedule analysis.Familiarity with DoD development programs and processes is highly desired.Lead a team to coordinate project schedule input from multiple stakeholders and work teams to develop and maintain detailed Integrated Government Schedules (IGS).Report on schedule status and track deadlines.Review project documents such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Identify critical path tasks.Analyze schedule impacts based on evolving scenarios.Other Requirements: Expert-level understanding of scheduling fundamentals and their application within Microsoft Project.Intermediate familiarity with hardware development, system engineering, software development, or project management lifecycles.Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills.Self-starter with a high motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project.Ability to work in challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environments and independently with multiple stakeholders.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to evolving technology.Location: Patuxent River, MDEducation: BA/BS degreePrevious DAWIA Certification Level III in Program Management or equivalentExperience with MS Project, SharePoint, and schedule reporting tools (e.g., Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro)Experience: 15 years' experience as a scheduler overseeing an ACAT I program.Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required.
