Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

About The RoleThe Master Data Governance Manager (MDM) plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The MDM will collaborate with various departments to establish data standards, policies, and procedures that promote data quality and compliance. By leading data stewardship initiatives, the MDM will enhance data usability and accessibility for decision-making processes. Ultimately, this role aims to foster a data-driven culture that supports strategic initiatives and drives operational efficiency.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
• Certification in data management or governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive master data governance strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and procedures for master data management.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Lead data stewardship initiatives, providing guidance and support to data owners and stewards across the organization.
• Analyze data management processes and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
