Master Data & Enterprise Systems Analyst - Kevin's Natural Foods : Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, Master Data & Enterprise Systems to join our team. This role is responsible for the creation, validation, and maintenance of SAP master data across the organization. The ideal candidate will enforce data quality and enterprise best practices that ensure reliable operations, financial accuracy, and scalability as the company grows. This position is critical in supporting cross-functional teams, executing governance standards, and ensuring that the backbone of our enterprise systems supports long-term business success!

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and execute SAP master data governance processes across enterprise teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable master data processes that meet business needs.

• Manage master data requests using workflow tools, templates, and mass transaction methods while enforcing standards for naming conventions and data validation rules.

• Create and maintain documentation including work instructions, templates, and mapping files to support data creation and maintenance.

• Maintain data workflows and train business users on master data standards, formatting, and validation requirements.

• Execute data cleansing activities to improve accuracy and consistency, including performance of periodic data quality audits to proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Support enterprise system and process change documentation aligned with audit and regulatory requirements.

• Support regression testing and validation for system enhancements and business rule changes.

• Support IT and system owners to execute regression testing and impact analysis for system changes.

• Support future integration of master data into analytics platforms to enable future enterprise capabilities.

• Other duties, as assigned and necessary.

• Performs all duties in accordance with safety, Quality, and USDA rules and regulations.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ERP-related master data management, systems integration, or functional business process ownership (SAP S/4 HANA preferred).

• Experience documenting business processes and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and training skills with cross-functional teams.

• Flexibility to conduct work off-shift as needed to minimize business impact.

• Knowledge of internal controls, change management, and user role governance concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Work Environment:

• Industrial manufacturing office environment, occasional presence in food processing and warehouse areas.

• Requires frequent sitting and standing, and occasional walking.

• Requires operating a computer and other electronic equipment.
