What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a Mercedes-Benz Master Sprinter Technician is preferred
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance is preferred
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing efficient and accurate work in line with dealership and factory standards
- Conducting system diagnostics and comprehensive automotive troubleshooting and testing
- Road-testing vehicles to ensure quality assurance
- Maintaining an organized work area
- Communicating effectively with service advisors about service work progress
- Continuously learning new technical knowledge and techniques
