What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience as a Mercedes-Benz Master Sprinter Technician is preferred
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance is preferred
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing efficient and accurate work in line with dealership and factory standards
  • Conducting system diagnostics and comprehensive automotive troubleshooting and testing
  • Road-testing vehicles to ensure quality assurance
  • Maintaining an organized work area
  • Communicating effectively with service advisors about service work progress
  • Continuously learning new technical knowledge and techniques
