Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our client is a fast-growing legal-tech startup built by a mission-driven team of top-tier legal professionals and technologists. Their proprietary platform is transforming how plaintiffs in mass tort and class action cases access justice.

They are hiring a Case Intake Manager to lead and scale their intake operations from the ground up. This is an in-house role ideal for a seasoned case manager from a plaintiff-side firm who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and is excited to build something meaningful from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Design and launch high-performing intake funnels for mass tort and class action campaigns
  • Screen leads, vet eligibility, and secure signed retainers
  • Maintain full compliance with TCPA, HIPAA, attorney advertising, and bar rules
  • Track KPIs and optimize conversion rates, response time, and intake quality
  • Build and manage a high-performing intake team as the company scales
  • Collaborate with engineers, attorneys, and marketing to improve client workflows

You Bring

  • 3+ years of case intake experience in mass tort, personal injury, or consumer class action law
  • Expertise with plaintiff-side intake workflows and qualification criteria
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Litify, Law Ruler, or HubSpot
  • A sharp operational mindset and strong data tracking instincts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree from a top university
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in startups, legal tech, or fast-scaling environments
  • Fluency in Spanish or other secondary languages
  • Local to the San Francisco Bay Area

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with executive leadership.
