• Performs masonry work as follows: installs and lays concrete block, brick, stone, ceramic tile, and similar materials.
• Reads and interprets plans and specifications involved in the assignment.
• Advises Mason Foreman as to supplies and materials necessary for specific assignments.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT USED:

• School vehicle, masonry abrasive saw, electric hand tools, and scaffolds

WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environment Factors:

• Strenuous walking and standing, heavy lifting and carrying, working inside and outside, working in extreme weather conditions, exposure to dust, working on slippery or uneven surfaces
