About the Role

The Director of Sales & Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for planning and managing sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning of sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Negotiate and build relationships with clients and team members.
• Develop and implement sales deployment strategies using analytical skills and strategic vision.
• Drive sales growth through effective selling techniques.
• Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, managing budgets and financial data.
