Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives or platforms, including aligning the business and support groups (including Tech, Controls, central data and analytics-related teams)Support the day-to-day running of the organization including headcount and expense management. Partner with Quantitative Research Trading, Sales and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure. Provide business representation in respective internal/external working groups and serve as a key point of contact on a Markets data-related initiatives.
