Develop and inform the people strategy for Markets Operations, and take ownership for driving key initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Markets COO (e.g., Business Execution, People @ Markets, Risk and Control) and SMBIC Ops to effectively and efficiently implement people initiatives tailored for Markets Operations. Champion initiatives to strengthen the risk culture within Markets Operations, including embedding top-down risk-culture initiatives, alongside Operations-specific needs. Drive successful delivery of Human Capital Risk management topics in partnership with HR, including operations career pathways, job family reviews and broader firmwide talent processes. Be the Voice of Employee (VOE) subject matter expert, including leading analysis of VOE feedback for Markets Operations and formulate actionable, effective, simple and/or creative responses to enhance engagement.
