Job Title: Marketing Strategist
Cuningham is seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support our growth goals and strategic priorities. In this role, you'll oversee the entire marketing journey—from awareness to engagement and client selection—ensuring all efforts are cohesive and impactful. You will lead the creation of an annual marketing plan and asset strategy, collaborate closely with Business Development and Communications teams, and leverage data to position Cuningham as a competitive force in the architecture and design industry. What you will do:
Lead the development and execution of Cuningham's annual marketing plan, including the marketing budget.Develop and implement Cuningham's marketing asset strategy and asset management platform, ensuring compelling content, accurate data, and alignment with brand standards.Collaborate with Business Development Strategists, Communications team, and studio leadership to address the needs and interests of target audiences.Leverage all marketing assets (graphics, written content, etc.), developing new content as needed to position Cuningham competitively in relevant markets.Lead the development and execution of marketing data capture and management strategies.Oversee digital content development and deployment strategies to enhance Cuningham's visibility, in coordination with marketing platforms.Identify potential market gaps and recommend strategic pivots to meet changing demands.Manage and improve marketing workflows, processes, and tools.Research, develop, and manage an AI integration strategy to facilitate the production and management of marketing materials.Stay informed about current trends in marketing practices and the A+D industry.Implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve marketing efficiency.Manage the daily operations of the marketing team.Support the recruiting process.Proficiently use MS Office, Deltek Vantagepoint, Open Asset, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Miro, Flowcode, HubSpot (or equivalents).What we look for:
- 10+ years of professional marketing experience, including at least 4 years in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Preferred proficiency with Bluebeam and Deltek Vantagepoint (CRM).
- Ability to coach managers and leaders on effective, empathetic communication and feedback.
- Ability to ensure collaboration adds value to clients, projects, and overall business results.
Compensation is based on our national range, which varies by location and may depend on experience and responsibilities. Our talent management team can provide specific salary details during the hiring process.
