We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will help drive regional and field marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support client engagement. You will take the lead on planning and executing high-impact campaigns, manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, and serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders across the business. This is a hybrid role that may consist of up to 20% travel.
What Youll Do- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-youre able to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
- Experience managing stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit.
- Creative thinking and a passion for building engaging client experiences.
- A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and monday.com is a plus.
