Marketing Specialist - The High Companies : Job Details

The Marketing Specialist supports Structure. Care's growth by executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across key industries such as healthcare, education, and hospitality. This role is responsible for developing and managing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting sales enablement efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. The Marketing Specialist works closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and alignment with business objectives. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND/ OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience. 2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
