Marketing & Outreach Specialist – Psychiatry Group (Field-Based Role)Long Island, NY | Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)We are a rapidly growing psychiatric medical group with four Long Island and two other locations, seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to promote our services—including TMS therapy, Spravato treatments, and psychiatric medication management—through in-person outreach to doctors, therapists, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.This role is ideal for someone energetic, personable, and organized, who enjoys being out in the field building relationships and increasing awareness of innovative mental health treatments. You'll spend most of your time visiting local providers, delivering educational materials, organizing lunch-and-learns, and developing referral pathways. You'll also assist with managing social media and digital content. Occasional travel to Wilmington, NC and AlbanyKey Responsibilities:

• Conduct inperson outreach to local psychiatrists, PCPs, therapists, addiction centers, and hospital staff
• Educate providers and communities on TMS, Spravato, and medication management
• Organize presentations, events, and lunch meetings
• Manage some digital marketing and social media updates
• Coordinate with intake and billing teams to track leads and improve patient conversion

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in healthcare marketing, outreach, or medical sales preferred
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Comfortable with daily travel around Long Island
