Marketing & Sales Support Manager - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Facilitate outside sales efforts and expand market presence for products. Develop compelling marketing materials and clear value propositions. Manage and update the sales funnel, track sales performance, and oversee sales incentive programs. Train sales teams, channel partners, including sales representative firms and distributors, on product features and applications. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with sales representatives and support partner growth. Continuously gather and report customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) to leadership and product development teams. Support sales department on customer visits and provide hands-on training as needed. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company safety, and conduct policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
