**The Opportunity:**

At FOS, its all about the people. With exceedingly low turnover rates, were constantly growing, and thats where this new opportunity comes in for a **Marketing & Sales Manager** out of our Buffalo, NY office. In this position, the Marketing & Sales Manager will complete extensive research to identify new marketing opportunities, develop innovative concepts to promote brand awareness, and implement overall marketing strategies for both our Services and Products divisions. This individual will manage and direct the marketing, communications, and software sales teams to ensure established strategies and standards are implemented. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the ability to help bolster the companys market presence while remaining consistent with brand identity.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* Concept, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including software sales and professional services

* Develop and execute software sales and professional services strategies

* Develop proposal standards, marketing collateral, and brand standards

* Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends

* Participate in strategy sessions to identify new clients and prospect new opportunities

* Develop innovative concepts to promote the brand, our services, and our products

* Arrange and monitor marketing and sales activities and campaigns

* Track and measure marketing and sales outcomes including tactics, new leads, and ROI

* Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team

* Ensure marketing and sales strategies align with overall business strategy

* Be able to confidently write, review, and approve proposals and material to promote FOS into new markets, when needed

* Orchestrate the execution of the marketing and sales strategy and establish processes

* Provide direction, coaching and growth opportunities for marketing, communications, and sales staff

* Actively engage in firms business planning initiatives

**Required skills and experience:**

* Bachelors degree in Marketing or other relevant field

* Minimum of 10 years experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, Sales Development Manager, or other relevant field

* Experience with Salesforce or similar preferred, but not required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to meet competing deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
