As a Web Channel Manager, you will be the driving force behind optimizing the customer journey within the organic web ecosystem. You'll identify critical touchpoints and tailor content to inspire and motivate customers, ultimately accelerating their purchasing decisions. Collaborating with a team of digital marketing experts, you'll develop and execute cross-channel experiences that seamlessly integrate with email, paid campaigns, and in-product marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive website strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee website content creation, curation, and maintenance, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize for AI-driven answer engines (GEO).
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance website usability and accessibility through audits, user testing, and feedback implementation.
  • Integrate website strategy with other marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Track KPIs, provide regular reports, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage website projects from concept to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize target audience needs and deliver personalized website experiences.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and engineering on new features and capabilities.
  • Conduct content audits, testing, and analysis to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on organic website insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field AND 5-7+ years of integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Experience creating executive presentations and white papers.
  • Experience building campaign strategies within various marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to champion customer experience and drive improvements.
  • Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive towards goals.
  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset and ability to represent the customer's voice.
  • Ability to execute high-visibility marketing activities with precision.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field AND 8+ years of integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.84 to $67.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
