The Residential, Landscape, and Contractor [RLC] division develops and sells outdoor power equipment for residential and municipal properties. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to marketing initiatives, drive profitable growth, and deliver best-in-class post-sale customer experience. As an RLC Marketing Manager II, you will lead the RLC post-sale dealer/distributor business (parts, accessories, services) and will be responsible for end-to-end P&L management and 4P strategy for the channel, leading marketing initiatives, and working with channel partners to execute financial plans.

The RLC Marketing Manager II role requires analytical skills, creative problem-solving, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a solid product-marketing toolkit. You will oversee product development and support for dealer and distributor channels, shape strategies that enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint, identify growth opportunities, optimize product offerings, and ensure cross-team collaboration. You will be accountable for the financial results (Revenue and EBIT) for the RLC Post-Sale business. The ideal candidate understands financial terminology and P&L levers, has strong product-marketing expertise, excellent project management, and experience with multi-channel sales models and execution-focused growth.

Work Location
- The work location is in Bloomington, MN at Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time.
- The current team works 5-days on campus in Bloomington, MN. Hybrid possibilities may occur occasionally, but the team is generally in the office five days a week.
- This role includes travel 15%-20% (domestic and international) for VOC events and customer meetings, with related expense reporting duties.
What Will You Do? Key Responsiblities
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- P&L ownership and management: set and deliver financial goals (Revenue and EBIT). Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, and finance to develop annual and quarterly financial plans; work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Strategy & Planning: develop product and marketing tactics to meet financial objectives, drive profitable growth, identify levers for market share and margin improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact sales opportunities and long-term product strategy.
- Program Implementation: plan and execute channel marketing programs and guide field implementation; track market acceptance and effectiveness of content, programs, and policies.
- Sales Enablement: onboard and engage dealer/distributor channel sales teams; identify messaging differentiators and opportunities for new product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: represent the business category, channel partners, and consumers while coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to align efforts and messaging; manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality and availability.

- Proven team player with ability to build trust-based relationships; experience with B2B sales processes and channel partners (dealers, distributors).
