We are looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to join United Tech and take full ownership of the creative strategy behind our paid traffic performance. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-growth products in a competitive niche (US/UK/CA/AU markets), where every idea and decision counts. You will be responsible for developing and executing a creative marketing strategy, leading the entire production process from concept to final asset, and building a strong creative team from scratch. You will have the freedom to initiate bold projects, make independent decisions, and influence key business outcomes in a fast-paced, bureaucracy-free environment.

About the product: We operate in the rapidly growing social networking space, transforming online connections through a live-streaming segment that grows over 21% annually. Our products combine streaming, video content, interactivity, and communities, targeting the global market. One flagship product is an ad-free international streaming platform with real-time video chats and live broadcasts. We are also developing other products within this niche, each with unique mechanics, audiences, and monetization models. In this role, you will:
  • Deliver ad creative concepts and iterations aligned with key KPIs for multiple products.
  • Support and improve the creative production pipeline in collaboration with User Acquisition Managers.
  • Manage and grow the Creative Marketing team, including Designers and the Creative Marketing Lead.
  • Plan and coordinate team workflows to ensure timely and effective output.
  • Track and report on the performance of creatives and team members.
  • Establish and maintain efficient creative marketing processes.
  • Develop and refine testing methodologies for ad creatives to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Motivate the team through regular meetings, feedback, and performance reviews.
