Job Description :

Analyze, review, and develop strategic and tactical changes to Internet Properties that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance.

Job Description
  • Develop, implement, & evolve all marketing strategies (ex: content, email, CRM, SEO, paid search, display, affiliate, email marketing, mobile and analytics)
  • Ownership and management of Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality and Usability
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, average order size, customer profitability & retention and reduce shopping cart abandonment rates
  • Closely track and drive strategic decisions to positively impact KPI's (ie traffic, abandoned cart rate, conversion, pageviews per visit, average order size, items per order etc.) across desktop, tablet & mobile channels.
  • Leverage market research, customer surveys, and web analytics to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and define a product roadmap
  • Develop, analyze, and manage top Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure marketing effectiveness and to identify opportunities for growth and improved efficiencies
  • Lead strategic planning to guide eCommerce technology investment decision making, support implementation and analyze post-live business impact of enhancements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical background
  • 3-5 years experience in leading product / channel marketing initiatives
  • 5+ years in relevant eCommerce markets, B2B and Omni-Channel marketing environment is a plus
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in customer and market research, such as forecasting and competitive analysis
  • Experience with managerial responsibilities & team development
  • Clear and effective communicator; you speak and write with the ability to simplify complex topics
