Position Summary

The Marketing Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through data-informed strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, the Marketing Director will align marketing efforts with our purpose and support market-specific goals across our diverse Family of Companies (FOCs)—including the bank, insurance company, and hospitality businesses—to help drive overall profitability and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the marketing team, manage budgets and partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with company goals.
  • Develop and lead brand strategy and awareness efforts by ensuring consistent messaging, reflecting core values, and strengthening the Family of Companies' presence through campaigns, community engagement, and digital channels.
  • Drive customer growth and retention by using market insights, segmentation, and personalized engagement to design targeted campaigns that convert and deepen relationships.
  • Align marketing with revenue goals by supporting local market needs, optimizing customer lifetime value, and contributing to overall business profitability and growth.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, forecast trends, measure performance, and foster a data-driven culture across teams.
  • Strengthen community and business relationships by aligning outreach across departments, representing the FOCs at events, and building trust in local markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or another related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally within banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and data interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
