Job Description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing seamless marketing strategy across paid and non-paid marketing channels including CRO for the website. In this global role, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid media, pay per click and paid social campaigns, on Google, Bing, Facebook, Gartner, G2 and other platforms for SaaS B2B business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Gartner (PPC, PPL), G2, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms, to enhance visibility, lead generation, and sales for our SaaS B2B business
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including budget management, performance monitoring, and optimization, using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and analysis
  • Collaborate closely with the brand content marketing, SEO, CRO, and website teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring seamless integration of ad campaigns, budgets, and landing pages for maximum effectiveness across different regions and audience segments
  • Monitor competitors in the paid media space performing competitive tasks such as analyzing auction insights, monitoring search impression share and conducting market share analysis
  • Proactively report on trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working for a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
