Lead the divisions Strategic Planning Process, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder input, and adherence to EBE documentation. - Develop market research and analysis to support strategic conclusions and create final Strategic Plan documents in collaboration with the VP/ GM. - Oversee internal communication planning and facilitate annual reviews to improve the strategic planning process. - Manage the Technical Application Support team to deliver high-quality, market-sensitive technical proposals.
