What youll do and where: Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team in New York. Our Public Company M&A practice leads the market in high-profile transactions. In this role, youll support attorneys and business development efforts by creating client-ready materials, coordinating events, managing contacts, and driving strategic projects. Its an opportunity to grow your career while contributing to one of the most dynamic M&A teams in the industry. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement in our New York office.

• Create & Maintain Materials Develop and update marketing collateral, bios, and presentations.
• Support Pitches & Proposals Draft client-facing documents and track pitches in firm systems.
• Manage Contacts & Data Keep CRM records and lists accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate Events Assist with high-impact client events, both in-person and virtual.
• Deliver Research & Insights Provide data and intelligence to support attorneys and BD projects.

• Education Bachelors degree required.
• Experience 13 years preferred in M&A, business development, finance, or project management.
• Skills Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Mindset Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new tools.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in New York City. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. Compensation Range

New York City: $72,000 - $93,000
