Cliff Drysdale Management is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of our managed properties, clients, and company events. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the success of tennis, pickleball, and padel across the world. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized individual with strong written and oral communication skills to maximize communications across our brands. This is a hybrid office/remote position, with 1-2 days in the office at our locations in either New Braunfels, TX or Weston, FL. Education:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred or equivalent combination of education of experience Experience and Qualifications: - Exceptional organizational skills required - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required - Strong oral and written communication skills required - Proficiency with social media platforms, web design tools, and email marketing software preferred - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite design software strongly preferred - Tennis, pickleball, padel or other sports industry experience a plus - Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights) preferred Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, design, and distribute email newsletters and promotional campaigns - Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms - Support design and editing of marketing collateral for various mediums - Manage website content updates and design improvements - Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics - Support content marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency - Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts Physical Demands:- Frequently stands and uses hands; reaches with hands and arms, talks or hears. Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
