Marketing Content Analyst - Investment Management - Boston, MAWe are seeking a Marketing Content Analyst to join a leading investment management firm based in Boston, MA. This role sits within the Client Operations team and will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the firm's Loopio content library, which supports the efficient completion of Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other recurring client deliverables.The Marketing Content Analyst will oversee the structure, accuracy, and accessibility of content within the platform, ensuring internal teams have the resources needed to deliver high-quality, timely responses. This individual will also collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to maintain content alignment with evolving business needs and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in content management and RFP/RFI support, preferably within a financial services or investment management environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for success in this role.This is a 5-month contract role offering \$40/hour (commensurate with experience) for a 40-hour work week. The position requires onsite presence in the Boston office four days per week.Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Loopio content library, ensuring content is well-organized, up-to-date, and easily searchable.
- Maintain high standards of content accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all materials.
- Implement tagging, archiving, and version control protocols to streamline content updates and reduce redundancy.
- Create and update standardized templates and content sets to support recurring client requests and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across functions such as investments, compliance, and operations to gather and refine content.
- Review and edit questionnaire responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of the Loopio library to identify outdated or incorrect content.
- Coordinate content refresh cycles and document updates for tracking and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, RFP/RFI support, or marketing operations, ideally within investment management or financial services
- Proficiency with Loopio or a similar content management or RFP automation platform
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; experience with content tracking tools or project management systems is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content with accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and work independently when needed
