What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for elite financial practices, helping them maximize resources and drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver high-quality, well-organized marketing projects
- Create and manage firm-level marketing resources and training materials
- Support advisors with website migrations and respond to marketing inquiries
- Oversee 200+ custom websites and maintain tracking/reporting for open issues and feedback
- Manage documentation for program policies and processes
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of marketing experience; financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing's role in sales, product positioning, and brand awareness
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in working with field representatives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with precision
