• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement, with a particular focus on offline and event-based initiatives.
• Work closely with the team to refine and enhance the brand image, ensuring it resonates with the target audience of young consumers.
• Devise and implement creative offline and event marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and connect with the target demographic.
• Leverage strong connections in the industry to collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and celebrities for impactful marketing campaigns.
• Create and implement initiatives that foster meaningful connections with our young customer base, utilizing unconventional and experiential approaches.
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in lifestyle brands, preferably with a focus on products like vape, kratom, cannabis, or similar.
• Strong industry connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and celebrities, demonstrated through successful project collaborations.
• Proficient in developing and executing offline and event marketing strategies to engage a young and dynamic audience.
• Ability to think outside the box and create unconventional marketing campaigns that resonate with the target demographic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
