THE OPPORTUNITY

PML LLC is hiring a Marketing Associate to support the company's messaging, branding and growth. This

person will play an important role at the intersection of our business, helping drive engagement,

satisfaction, and accelerating business expansions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

·Review and analyze RFP's, RFQ's and make strategic recommendations to PML Executive team

·Create and design unique, customized marketing collateral for business opportunities

·Lead brand development and evolution across core stakeholders

·Support team throughout client interviews

·Drive market research to accelerate business development

·Manage the company's LinkedIn account and social media messaging

QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in English, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing,

Journalism, or equivalent is required

·3+ years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry and/or professional service industry is highly preferred.

·Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe

·Strong graphic and content creation skills

·Self starter with experience working independently and as part of a team

·Based in the New York area and excited to work in person in an Upper East Side office

BENEFITS

·Competitive Compensation $95k - 120k, commensurate with experience
