Job Description :

Momence is a next-gen booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses, such as yoga and pilates studios, gyms, dance schools, salons and spas, golf facilities, swim schools, etc. We help thousands of businesses with scheduling and payments, communication, and automation of their business backend. As a remote-first company backed by Y Combinator (Summer 2020), we are revolutionizing the experience economy by providing modern software solutions to an underserved industry.

About the role

As our Marketing Associate, you'll support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across channels. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for someone excited to gain experience in B2B SaaS marketing while learning from a collaborative and fast-moving team.

You'll assist with campaign execution, minor copywriting tasks, and content updates across email, web, blog, social, and product marketing. Your work will directly support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams — helping to ensure campaigns are launched on time, messaging is accurate, and content is on-brand.

This is a full-time, fully remote, employed position open to candidates residing in and authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

At Momence, a Marketing Associate will contribute to several key areas:

Campaign Execution & Asset Support

  • Assist with building and testing email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture workflows
  • Upload and format blog content, emails, and other digital assets in our CMS and CRM
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, QA assets, and ensure everything is delivered on time under the guidance of the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

Copywriting & Content Coordination

  • Write short-form marketing copy (social captions, subject lines, simple email body copy)
  • Edit and peer review content for clarity, tone, and grammar
  • Support updates to our website, blogs, and knowledge base with accurate, concise content under the guidance of the Content Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to support content and campaign needs
  • Help coordinate internal requests for marketing collateral, images, or updates to shared materials under the guidance of the Content Marketing Manager and Brand Designer

Tools & Tech

  • Gain experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Docs, Canva, and Google Analytics
  • Assist with uploading tracking links (UTMs) and monitoring performance under the guidance of the Marketing Analyst

You're an enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to build a career in marketing. You enjoy writing, organizing, and seeing projects come to life. You're excited by the idea of supporting a growing team and contributing to campaigns that help small businesses thrive.

What you should have

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Docs, Canva, or Webflow

About the interview process

  • We value transparency and collaboration throughout the hiring process. Here's what you can expect:
  • A 30-minute intro call with a Momence recruiter to learn more about your background and goals
  • A 30-minute interview with your would-be manager, Emily, focused on experience, communication style, and fit
  • A short exercise to assess your writing, organization, and attention to detail
  • A final call (30 minutes) with your would-be manager, Emily (again) and Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, Hannah to get to know you and answer your questions

What we offer

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Access to mental health support through Spring Health and navigation assistance via Rightway
  • Home office equipment reimbursement — we'll make sure you have what you need
  • A peer recognition program that celebrates teammates across the company
