Position Title: Marketing Assistant Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 30 Hours / Week; Time May Vary

• Use tools like Canva / Deepl for creative support for digital campaigns, translations and web projects
• Support turnover of products on online promo store
• Support online display pump order system
• Keep display pumps organized, maintained and nameplated
• Order and maintain shipping material inventory
• Coordinate marketing mailings
• Support product photo shoots
• Support events such as tradeshows, virtual shows, webinars and technical presentation opportunities
• Maintain order in the Marketing Resource Center area
• Organize safe and assembled trade show booths/displays with instructions and expectations for on-site set up
• Perform general office duties such as sorting mail, data entry and compilation of research materials as needed

• Good organizational skills
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Professional demeanor
