What You'll Do

• Oversee and optimize all scheduling operations, using data analytics and routing insights to ensure efficient resource allocation and customer experience
• Lead and manage contact center teams, refining scripts, coaching agents, and ensuring appointments convert into successful audits and sales
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, balancing legacy lead sources with new initiatives like partnerships, community events, and direct outreach
• Plan and manage events and trade shows, coordinating internal promotion, logistics, and follow-up to track lead conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field, and engineering teams to improve lead quality, appointment routing, and team alignment
• Own marketing performance reporting, analyzing audit and sales conversions to identify high-performing channels and continuously improve outcomes

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or marketing leadership (experience in home services or field-based industries a plus)
• Proven ability to manage people, systems, and data across multiple departments
• Strong analytical mindset with fluency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Hands-on expertise in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and scheduling systems
