Title: Digital Engagement Lead (Marketing Analyst)Location: Boston, MA 02114 Pay range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2 (Inclusive of all) Schedule: Hybrid role, three days in-office (8AM - 5PM)Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension) Job description: The Institutional Digital Engagement Lead plays an important role in building and growing the institutional business through assisting in the tactical execution of digital programs. In this role you will be responsible for working with the channel marketing managers to deploy eDMs, manage social programs and keep the website up to date. You are passionate about institutional trends, digital innovation and new thinking. Communication channels include print and digital media, interactive experiences and video/audio. As part of a Global Marketing team you will enjoy working with colleagues across the globe to ensure a differentiated strategy, positioning and content program is put in place with a goal of growing market effectiveness. Responsibilities And Expectations This is an opportunity for a well-rounded and highly collaborative marketing professional with the ability to work on several high priority projects at once. You will deliver marketing programs, from strategy, through development, then measurement and refinement. You will bring organizational skills, push the team to abide by SLAs, have a professional sense of urgency and a profound respect for the interests and needs of our clients. You will execute on marketing tactics in alignment with business objectives, client concerns and sales goals. Manage always-on Institutional eDM, social and web calendars. Manage the compliance review process for new or updated marketing materials, including web pages, eDMs, and thought leadership. Manage Workfront requests for eDMs, web pages, digital imagery, etc. and work with the channel team to ensure all fields are accurately and consistently filled out. Provide feedback on social and eDM content provided by channel marketing team to ensure digital best-practices are being followed. Partner with the global interdisciplinary partners to post or update materials on our websites, run social media programs and develop Marketo eDM programs. Continually audit website to ensure content isn't expiring and ensure that web aligns with our promotional strategy on an ongoing basis. Reporting development for ongoing digital programs to ensure both Channel Marketing and Sales understand success, as is relevant to their roles using MSI, Marketo Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau Dashboard and Sprinklr Social Dashboards. Manage any 3rd party digital advertising programs are executed with partners like P&I, II, and more. Quarterly competitive research, to highlight holes in our strategy or open spaces for exploration. Project management help for the global Digital Engagement team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, following up on next steps. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably with major in marketing or communications Three or more years of relevant marketing communications experience; financial services or employee benefit communications experience preferred Demonstrated ability to develop communication campaigns that deliver results Experience executing eDM campaigns from creation to measurement Understanding of Marketo, MSI, Salesforce campaign development and reporting Proficient understanding of excel, with familiarity using formulas and pivot tables Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong project management skills are paramount to the success of this role Ability to drive initiatives independently Must have a laptop to access client network remotely.
