We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business development manager to lead the development of our lithium battery replacement business for deep-cycle battery applications. The focus will be on growing sales of EKT MS series batteries and Effic chargers across the floor care, access equipment, utility vehicle, and golf cart markets. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build relationships with channel partners and OEMs, and promote the benefits of switching from AGM/gel to lithium technology.

Responsibilities:

• Drive market adoption of EIKTO's lithium solutions as drop-in replacements for traditional deep-cycle batteries
• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on key target industries: floor cleaning machines, aerial platforms, utility/golf vehicles, and other equipment using deep-cycle batteries
• Identify, approach, and convert potential dealers, distributors, and OEMs
• Educate customers on product advantages including total cost of ownership (TCO) savings, safety, maintenance elimination, and battery lifespan
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and solution selling
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and reports
• Represent EIKTO at trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in batteries, chargers, or related industrial or electrical products
• Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
• Working with floor care equipment, aerial/access lifts, utility/golf vehicles
• Sales or distribution roles within deep-cycle battery companies or dealers
• Solid understanding of deep-cycle battery applications and the advantages of lithium battery technology
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel across North and Central America
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong advantage
