The Marine. Max Technician Apprenticeship Manager is responsible for providing a unique educational path for Service Technician Apprentices that will lead to successful job performance and job satisfaction in the marine industry as a marine technician. Responsibilities include program development, compliance, communication and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring that the program meets established standards and provides a valuable learning experience for apprentices. Responsibilities: Program Administration & Coordination Manage the full lifecycle of the Marine Service Technician Apprenticeship Program across multiple locations Coordinate candidate screening, pre-assessments, interviews, and onboarding in collaboration with service managers and HR Track apprentice enrollment, training milestones, certifications, and progression through the program Technical Instructor Oversight - Support and schedule technical instructors for in-person and virtual sessions Provide clear instruction...Technician, Apprentice, Service Technician, Manager, Service Manager, Technical, Manufacturing, Business Services
