Position Overview: Domains: Satellite Propulsion, CubeSat Technologies, Experimental Fluid Mechanics

Profile: The successful candidate will lead experimental research on propulsion systems for small satellites, with emphasis on chemical, electric, and green micro-propulsion systems. They will also teach propulsion theory and lab-based courses, and contribute to CubeSat mission development.

Key qualifications:

  • PhD in Aerospace, Physics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in propulsion system testing in vacuum environments Hands-on CubeSat or small satellite propulsion projects
  • Strong publication record and student mentorship
