The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Program Associate to support the impactful work of March of the Living Southern Region. This vital role supports the planning and execution of meaningful Holocaust education experiences, helping Jewish teens connect deeply to their heritage, the lessons of history, and the future of Jewish life.
The Program Associate works directly with the March of the Living Director, volunteers, teens, and community partners to ensure a seamless participant experience, from application to travel, and beyond. If you're detail-oriented, passionate about education and Jewish continuity, and eager to support transformative programs, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Role and Impact
The Program Associate supports all administrative and programmatic functions of the March of the Living Southern Region. You will manage participant onboarding, assist with logistics for the international journey to Poland and Israel, and support year-round programs like From March to Miriam, recruitment, and Holocaust education initiatives. By keeping operations smooth and participants engaged, you'll help shape a powerful educational journey that influences young lives forever.
