ResponsibilitiesJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!* Shift: Full Time, 1st shift* Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement* Salary: $85,983-107,479 plus annual target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:* Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis* Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills* Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME's or Safety Manager as directed by plant location* Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.* Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made* Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 5 plus years of specific experiencePreferred Education and Experience:* Master's degree* Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hoursEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
