Manufacturing Technician - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Operations & Equipment Management: Conduct equipment setups, changeovers, cleaning, and line clearances for optimal efficiency. Operate and troubleshoot preparation, formulation, and filling equipment. Clean, sanitize, and sterilize manufacturing areas and equipment, including operating autoclaves. Perform CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes. Process & Production: Execute batch record formulations, including p. H measurement, yield calculation, and volume adjustments. Sample bulk solutions per batch requirements and monitor critical process parameters. Maintain and verify calibration of instruments before operation. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate completion and compliance of production documentation as per good documentation practices. Audit batch records and maintain inventory of necessary components. Review and enhance procedures; develop new SOPs.
