Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data entry, ensure machine efficiency, and uphold high quality standards.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience operating Disco dicing machines and filter testing robots.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members at Coherent, Santa Rosa.

Working Conditions

• Must be flexible to work different shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Safety Requirements

• Adhere to all corporate and site safety policies.
• Follow site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. EHS standards.
