Manufacturing Supervisor - Graphic Packaging International, LLC : Job Details

Provides leadership to Production and supports shift teams and serves as a link to plant management. Facilitates team meetings and intervenes as necessary to keep the team's goals and results consistent with company direction. Works with team members to help them reach their full potential. Responsible for Safety, product quality, production efficiency, equipment condition, and housekeeping. The Shift Supervisor has the responsibility, authority, and is accountable to make decisions regarding job assignments, work priorities, and overtime requirements. Facilitates day-to-day activities of the team Responsible for shift staffing Ensures all schedules and releases are met Responsible for performance coaching/counselling Prepares and distributes the daily shift report Ensures that Safety/ housekeeping/ procedures and acceptable work practices are being followed throughout the shift.
