Manufacturing Supervisor (60-95K)

Due to retirement, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Manufacturing Supervisor in the Syracuse, NY area.

This is a 1st shift, M-F position.

Your Role:

• Provide Leadership and hands on Supervision to a team of 20 machine operators
• Ensure efficient and timely production
• Plan and manage production workflows to balance capacity and demand efficiently
• Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring safety compliance across all operations
• Lead and develop teams to achieve quality, performance, and output goals

Experience:

• A combination of Education and Work History as a Supervisor will be considered
• Management Style: Hands on / working manager, actively out on the floor engaging with operators
• Possess good organization and problem-solving skills
