Manufacturing Reliability Engineer - Harley-Davidson : Job Details

Provides technical leadership, training, enhancement and support for maintenance operations and reliability initiatives across manufacturing. Develops systems to ensure reliable operation of equipment, reduced production interruptions and consistently high levels of part repeatability and quality. Job Responsibilities Coordination of projects and provide technical support on new and existing manufacturing equipment for production operations. Direct involvement with new equipment selection, approval drawings, component specification, recommend spare parts attainment, maintenance training requirements, preventive maintenance recommendations, manual and documentation procurement. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs across production areas. Analyze equipment history and production data to identify recurring issues and determine root causes of critical failures.
