Manufacturing Quality Director - Tarkett S.A. : Job Details

Quality Strategy & Leadership:o Develop and implement the companys quality management strategy in alignment with business objectives.o Lead through influence and mentor the quality teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, R&D, and supply chain, to embed quality into all aspects of manufacturing. Quality Systems & Compliance:o Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.o Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to national and international quality standards, as well as company-specific policies.o Lead audits (internal and external) and manage relationships with regulatory agencies, customers, and certification bodies.
