Reporting directly to the Manager, this position is based in Richland, MS.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Bachelors degree in construction engineering technology, or in a related business or technical field, is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Working knowledge of construction project management and estimating. Must have previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a construction or power generation environment. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems, MS Projects, etc.). Outstanding organization skills and strong oral/written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Enjoy working as a team to support internal stakeholders and customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the project process and operational delivery to fulfill customer requirements and achieve target goals for assigned projects.
• Develop project schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and report project performance, including cost, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely invoicing for projects according to milestone payments and purchase order deliverables.
• Communicate with customers on issues that arise; change orders; warranty; etc. Involve other internal departments and subject matter experts as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required for customer and job site visits.
