manufacturing project lead - USTech Solutions : Job Details

Duration: 12 months

Role can be Remote, HOWEVER need to be able to commute to local Raleigh, NC location in case of onsite meetings that are required (Should be close for commuting)

Role is NOT managing any people or workers

General Summary:

Responsible for working with cross functional partners to coordinate and document the strategic deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies at our external partners.

Facilitates the deployment and implementation of the strategic plan, assists in the development of tactical and operational plans as needed.

Monitors and reports on progress to stakeholders and partners as indicated.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Advanced Tech and Innovations Deployment specialty is responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End to End Innovation Deployment Process.

This role involves deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams, being accountable for the deployment strategy and comprehensive integrated deployment plan, driving value proposition and value capture, ensuring alignment with key stakeholder and authoring tech documents (where appropriate).

This role will require on site presence intermittently at a facility local to the Raleigh area.

The position requires:

Role will be Hybrid, mainly Remote and be Onsite maybe once a month for a few days at a time

Should be local to Raleigh, NC

Possible title for this role Advanced Technician Deployment Lead

A Part of the Large Molecule Team

Must have a Bachelors Degree; possibly in Biochemical, Engineering or Supply Chain - but open to other areas

Must have Pharmaceutical process experience

Will help with the deployment of advanced technologies

Will be responsible for End-to-End Deployment Process

Will assist in the Raleigh, NC group, as well as the global teams

Must have at least 4-5 years of experience

Should have Project Management skills

Should have Presentation skills - examples: communication, rapport

Experience with Manufacturing optimization and business excellence

Must have GMP knowledge and exp

Digital exp (SQL, MES, Snowflake are examples)

Work Experience: Generally Requires 8 Years Work Experience

Education Required: University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Schedule Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5, remote work for the most part with intermittent attendance on site based on project need. Facility located in south west of Raleigh, NC
