Production Management. Lead daily operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand. Oversee materials management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Drive throughput improvements while maintaining targets. Quality Management. Ensure the highest product quality standards are maintained. Implement and monitor quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable industry standards). Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Promote a quality-first culture across the site. Leadership & Strategy. Serve as the senior-most leader on-site, accountable for overall plant performance. Develop and mentor a strong leadership team across all departments. Align plant objectives with corporate strategic goals. Champion continuous improvement and Lean/ Six Sigma initiatives.
