About the Role
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across all departments at the Wausau facility. This role demands strong expertise in process optimization, project management, and change leadership to improve productivity, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt highly desirable.
Experience: 3-5 years in continuous improvement or process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or steel fabrication.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, statistical analysis tools, and project management software.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; capable of influencing without direct authority.
