AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and equipment to ensure our customers have continual access to the cloud. You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Your role includes delivering high standards for safety and security, providing scalable solutions, and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing operation readiness for new product releases.
• Support continuous product development, productivity, and quality improvements with global manufacturing partners.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for manufacturing testing of server, network, and storage rack integration, providing timely solutions.
• Lead manufacturing test development and deployment in global factories.
• Ensure effective, standardized manufacturing test enablement for all new products.
• Provide input for design improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage manufacturing engineering issues and support diagnostics to keep production running smoothly.
• Drive engineering change management and test readiness for engineering changes.
• Resolve manufacturing-impacting issues related to design, process, testing, or supplier quality.
• Optimize manufacturing test infrastructure and capacity utilization to meet quality, productivity, and cost goals.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years managing hardware product development and new product introductions at a global scale.
• Experience in server, network, or storage product testing and implementation.
• Experience managing manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain enablement, and process improvements.

Preferred qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience leading manufacturing test engineering teams in the server, network, or storage industry.
